  1. I am starting with a simple goal of doing 10 pushups and 10 situps a day. With a small goal, I am more apt to stick with it…and while I am on the floor, I always do stretches, the plank and other moves to work towards toning my mid section and triceps. I hope to be up to 20 per day in February!
