Coach Stacy’s Healthy U – Class and Training Schedules

Fitness Frenzy – Team Fitness Classes featuring resistance bands, weights and core exercises.  Classes meet both indoors and outdoors, depending on the weather.  Dress in layers and leave valuables at home or in your car.  Pack a hat and sunscreen as appropriate.  All equipment provided.  Participants must bring exercise mat, water, and snacks.  Contact Coach Stacy at the number or email below to determine the class that’s most appropriate for your fitness level.

Fitness Frenzy – Team Fitness Classes

  • Large group classes, indoors or outdoors, weather permitting
  •  55 minute, set routine, varied venues
    • $10/session, pay as you go
    • $8/session with 10-Punch Pass – $80, good for 3 months
Basic Training – Group Weight Training  Group workouts using gym equipment.  Large group sizes, 5-10 participants, featuring set exercises and on-site coaching.

  • Large groups size, 5-10 students, classes formed when at least 5 students participate
  • 60 min sessions, set exercises, on-site coaching
  • $20/one hour session, pay as you go
  • $15/one hour session, monthly payment (monthly discount not subject to cancellations; no refunds)
