  1. Thanks for this list. I enjoyed trying them when you taught at North Valley Tech Center. The list is very helpful.

    • Glad you enjoyed trying these stretches — loved seeing you jump right in! Stretching is often the “stepchild” to exercise, when in fact, stretching done correctly and regularly can greatly improve one’s exercise ability as well as everyday physical ability. -Coach Stacy
