  1. I really find interesting the way you present the new fitness “trend”. More people to join , more chances to have a natural, and Bio life, as i call it. I would say that fitness should not miss from our daily life not one single day, because it’s important and vital to have out tone body at the level we feel the best. I am not saying that we should dedicate our entire life to sports, but being sedentary, is just something that kill us slowlly. I am glad that i have found your blog, and saw that between us there are people who know and understand the importance of health, and more, the importance of how to keep it, and improve it.
